manchestereveningnews.co.ukSarah Harding has announced to fans that she was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year.The Girls Aloud star, from Stockport, went on to reveal the devastating news that just couple of weeks ago she received the news that the cancer has advanced to other parts of her body.In a post on Instagram and in a series of tweets to fans on Twitter, Sarah said she is "fighting as hard" as she can.Alongside a picture of herself receiving treatment in hospital, the 38-year-old said: "Hi everyone, I hope you are all keeping safe and well during these uncertain times."I've not posted on here for so long, thank you to everyone who has reached out to check in on me, it really does mean a lot."I feel now is the right time to share what's been going.
