Face masks and coverings will be 'useful' as the UK comes out of the coronavirus lockdown, Boris Johnson ha said. The Prime Minister hinted that the general public may be advised to wear them ahead of the release of a lockdown exit plan next week.
He said masks would be useful for 'scientific reasons' and to give people some reassurance. Mr Johnson said more information would be given about face coverings next week.
