Amanda, 51, shared the racy snap on Instagram alongside Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts, 40. Getting into the Wimbledon spirit, Ashley and Amanda dressed in short white tennis skirts, vest tops and trainers, while holding up racquets.To complete her look, Amanda donned a sweatband across her head in true Venus Williams style.

Following their rapturously received headline set on Glastonbury’s Other Stage last night, the Pet Shop Boys have announced new UK dates for their Dreamland greatest hits show in 2023.During the two hour performance last night, the Pet Shop Boys brought out Years & Years’ Olly Alexander to play their 2019 single ‘Dreamland’. Lizzo and Live Nation together pledged $1 million to reproductive healthcare organisation Planned Parenthood and abortion rights organisations in the US this weekend following the American Supreme Court’s decision to overturn the 1973 Roe v Wade judgement.That 1973 judgement ruled that the US constitution protected a pregnant woman’s right to choose to have an abortion up to a certain point in her pregnancy, and in doing so overruled laws that restricted or banned abortion in various US states.The current Supreme Court deciding to overturn that judgement – and in doing so rejecting nearly 50 years of legal precedent in the US – means that abortion can once again be restricted or banned at a state level, with severe restrictions or outright bans now anticipated in up to a half of US states.The judgement – and the appointment by former President Donald Trump of three conservative judges in recent years that allowed the shift in position on this issue within the court – has been very controversial, of course. And many in the music community have criticised both the Supreme Court decision and moves within many US states to now enforce or introduce draconian anti-abortion laws.That includes Lizzo, who stated on Twitter on Saturday: “I’m pledging $500k from my upcoming tour to Planned Parenthood and Abortion Rights.

Pearl Jam have announced a number of new additions to their BST Hyde Park shows next month.The gigs on July 8 and 9 will be the band’s biggest ever London shows. Pearl Jam were originally due to headline BST Hyde Park in 2021 alongside Duran Duran but the event was cancelled as a result of the COVID pandemic.Newly announced support acts for the shows include October Drift, Fatherson, LIFE and Daytime TV on July 8.

Rina Sawayama has discussed how she was inspired by the “fake stories” on Taylor Swift‘s ‘Folklore’ for her new album ‘Hold The Girl’.The singer’s follow-up to 2020 debut album ‘SAWAYAMA’ is due out on September 2, via Dirty Hit, and was previewed last month with the single ‘This Hell’.In a new interview with Rolling Stone UK about the album, Sawayama spoke of being struck by the way Swift told stories of other people on her 2020 lockdown album, moving away from the autobiographical work of her past.“I remember when Taylor Swift released Folklore, I was like, ‘This bitch is writing about fake stories and she just wrote a whole album. If she can do it, I need to do it,’” Sawayama said, revealing that it was too painful to write songs about her own experiences while going through therapy.Discussing how she wants to keep her personal issues out of her songs for the time being, the singer added: “For me, it’s important that the listener is able to listen to it as a pop record first without that background, [and] make their own feelings about it.

The Rocket Man singer, 75, was pictured as he arrived at Leipzig Airport on Sunday as he headed back to his home in Nice on the Cote d’Azur.  During his visit to Germany, Sir Elton had performed two shows, in Frankfurt and Leipzig, on his long-running Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour.  The musician was seen climbing out of a car and getting into a wheelchair ahead of the flight.
