East Kilbride primary school show the true meaning of Christmas

link.Adults and children alike were delighted to see them, with Santa even leaving some gifts for the younger children. Kindhearted staff at the school have rallied together to ensure children and families are not forgotten this year, buying a huge range of gifts to be distributed by the East Kilbride Kindness Team.

They have also collected a mountain of provisions for local foodbank, Loaves and Fishes. They have also requested that any gifts for staff are replaced with a donation to Loaves and Fishes instead.

Teacher Mrs Tyrrell told the East Kilbride News: “Staff at Greenhills Primary decided to do an ‘alternative secret Santa’ this year choosing these two charities to donate gifts, food and toiletries to. “The East Kilbride Kindness Team.
