The Love Island star and the pro skater were kept apart during the finale over fears of a bust-up. Tensions between the pair have been running high after Maura grew close to her skating partner, and Carlotta’s husband, Alexander Demetriou.
A source told The Sun Online: "Maura's close circle of friends on the show were keeping her occupied at the after party on Sunday night. "They wanted to make sure she kept her distance from Carlotta. "Meanwhile the professionals seemed to be on Carlotta's side, and between the two groups they managed to keep the two women apart.
