Customers at IKEA in Ashton evacuated from store

Shoppers were told to leave the store in Ashton-under-Lyne just after 12pm today. The fire alarm was 'triggered accidently', store bosses said.

Checks were made to make sure the building was safe and customers were let back in after the 'swift evacuation'. Michael Parker, Manchester Market Manager said: “ The safety of our customers and co-workers is always our highest priority.
