More than 100,000 complaints have been received by the broadcaster in relation to its programming, it is being reported. Following the death of the Duke of Edinburgh at the age of 99, high profile shows such as Masterchef and Eastenders were removed from the schedule to make way for special programmes on BBC One and BBC Two.
