Business reputations will be “irreversibly damaged” if they put staff at risk by forcing them to come to work against public health instructions, a senior Scottish Government minister warned.
Economy Secretary Fiona Hyslop was asked to respond to firms such as Sports Direct, which had claimed it was essential to stay open beyond lockdown to “keep the UK fit”.
