Deadline reports that the 21-year-old’s accusers have filed court documents against the Netflix breakout, claiming that he sent them sexually explicit messages when they were just 13 years old.
The lawsuit states that the twin brothers befriended Jerry in 2018, during a cheer competition and says that the boys were “star struck” with him and their relations expanded beyond just text messages to meeting in “secluded locations at various competitions.” After their mother found out, she reported Jerry to Varsity, a giant in the sport of cheerleading, who in turn reported the incidents to police.
