Celebrity SAS’s Ferne McCann admits she 'goes all-in' on 'relationships' after 6-month engagement

Catching up with OK! and other press whilst discussing her upcoming adventure on Channel 4's Celebrity SAS, 32-year-old mum-of-one Ferne explained that her over-preparation for the show is derived from her tendency to jump into things head first. "Every single day that I was there, I wanted to quit," she revealed. "I was waking up everyday saying, ‘This is my time to go now’, so I had to learn to just attack each task bit by bit instead of going in to see if I could take on this mammoth course, which is how I am in life. "I’m very all-in - in relationships, in career, even preparing for this show - I didn’t drink for eight weeks and ran everyday and wore the boots in - but when I got there, it’s impossible because you’re hungry, you’re tired, you’re missing home.
Ferne - who announced last month that she and new beau Lorri were planning to tie the knot following their whirlwind romance - admitted the experience also left her feeling serious 'mum guilt' after having left daughter Sunday in the UK for her fourth birthday whilst she took part in the armed forces-themed reality series. "I started to get serious paranoia because you’re having so many conversations in your own head because you don't get praise but they tell you if you’re s**t.
It was a mentally draining experience. "Sunday had her 4th birthday when I was doing the course - I was in Jordan, she was in the UK - and it was really hard.
