North Lanarkshire Bio Power will contest last month’s ministerial dismissal of their planning appeal at the Court of Session.The company last week announced that they are “questioning the validity of the decision” as they believe it contravenes planning law.
Ms Proctor told the Airdrie and Coatbridge Advertiser: “We firmly believe Scottish Government ministers should fight this at the Court of Session, we hope they’ll do what needs to be done for our community and fully expect them to do what North Lanarkshire Council did years ago and fight it all the way.
