Jennifer Lynn Lopez (born July 24, 1969), also known by her nickname J.Lo, is an American actress, singer, dancer, fashion designer, producer and businesswoman. In 1991, Lopez began appearing as a Fly Girl dancer on In Living Color, where she remained a regular until she decided to pursue an acting career in 1993. The Trade Union Congress (TUC) is urging employers to allow staff affected by school closures the opportunity to be furloughed - a reason permitted under furlough rules.
It said it was concerned that not all bosses are aware that caring responsibilities are an acceptable reason to furlough, meaning many mothers and fathers will have no choice but to take unpaid time off work to care for their children - or even be forced to leave their jobs altogether.
