Archie Lyndhurst death: Only Fools & Horses’ Nicholas Lyndhurst ‘utterly grief stricken’ as son, 19, dies from illness

thesun.co.ukONLY Fools and Horses star Nicholas Lyndhurst says he is “utterly grief stricken” after his son Archie Lyndhurst died aged 19 from a “short illness”.
CBBC actor Archie was discovered at his family home in Fulham, West London, last week in non-suspicious circumstances. In a statement released tonight, the Only Fools star said: “Lucy and I are utterly grief stricken and respectfully request privacy”.
It comes as Archie’s heartbroken mum Lucy, who has been married to Nicholas for 21 years, posted an emotional tribute to her son earlier today.
In response to a post about Archie's death on Instagram by Game of Thrones star Samuel Small, she wrote: "He will love you and watch over you forever." Archie tragically died on 22 September.
