Amy Sherman-Palladino is taking us back to Stars Hollow! The 54-year-old Gilmore Girls creator tuned into the virtual 2020 Emmy Awards ceremony on Sunday night (September 20) from the Dragonfly Inn.
As Gilmore Girls fans can remember, the Dragonfly Inn was the name of the inn ran and and owned by Lorelai Gilmore (Lauren Graham).
It’s unclear if Amy was actually back on set of the Dragonfly Inn or if she and husband Daniel Palladino used a virtual background for the telecast. Amy was only nominated for one category tonight – Outstanding Directing in a Comedy Series for her show The Marvelous Mrs.
Maisel. In total, the show was nominated six awards, however, Schitt’s Creek swept all seven awards in the Comedy categories.
