ADELE is reportedly buying Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone's mansion in Beverly Hills for £42million. The 33-year-old pop sensation is adding more real estate to her Los Angeles portfolio and is 'in escrow for Sly's massive home,' according to TMZ sources.

The luxury pad was originally listed for a whopping $110million last year - but failed to sell. The Sunday Times Rich List 2021 reports the singer is worth around £130 million - while her latest album 30 could add another £600million to her fortune.

Designed by architect Edward Granzbach and built in 1994, it is 18,587 square-foot and is located in the exclusive and gated area of North Beverly Park.
