Adele has candidly discussed the end of her marriage to Simon Konecki in her first interview in five years to British Vogue.

The superstar, 33, separated from the charity CEO in 2019 with the divorce being finalised earlier this year.They share son Angelo, eight, together.

Speaking about the end of her marriage, Adele insisted that "nothing bad happened" and that it just "wasn't right" for her anymore.

The Hello hitmaker told the publication: "It just wasn’t right for me anymore. I didn’t want to end up like a lot of other people I knew.
