We went into the finale with two women remaining – Michelle and Rachael. At the beginning of the episode, both of the women visited with Matt and his mom and brother.
Things seemed to be going well during both dates, but things changed when Matt had a talk with his mom that put some doubt into his mind. Matt‘s mom talked about her own experience with love and mentioned that love can always fade, and that made him doubt that he could see a future with either of the remaining women.
