youth gangs jumped from car to car leaving drivers helpless. The bonnets and roofs of the taxis became an impromptu playground as youths clambered up them while the vehicles were stopped at a red light on South Great George's Street.
Footage obtained by Dublin Live shows six young lads jumping and dancing on the top of the cars and running up their bonnets.
One of the yobs attempts to jump from car to car as the light turns green, allowing the taxi drivers to get away down Dame Street.The vehicle accelerates as the man lands on the roof, but he regains his balance before trying to slide down as the taxi turns left onto Dame Street.The footage emerged after Gardai made 14 arrests in Dublin city centre as large crowds gathered for a third.
