UK's cheapest supermarket has changed again - and it's between Tesco, Asda, Aldi and Lidl

investigation to find out the UK's supermarket, with a total average basket price of £18.45 each.On average, shoppers last month would have paid £18.45 at both Aldi and Lidl for 19 essential grocery products.Included in the shopping list was food items like semi-skimmed milk, free-range eggs and Hovis wholemeal bread.

In third place, just £1.58 more expensive than the discounters was Asda, where customers would have paid £20.03.Tesco came fourth, with their basket.
