Salford, at 10.45pm on Sunday night and battled the blaze at the Kexgill commercial unit for three hours. One man escaped from the flat above the burning office but was not injured in the incident.The building was left gutted by the fire, visibly burned out with its front windows smashed and sign charred.The road was later closed by police at around midnight.In the hours since, officers have been seen patrolling a police cordon around the building as crime scene investigators began combing the premises.The Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service dog unit also arrived to investigate.As the emergency services conducted their searches this morning (August 7), one witness claimed she saw 'two men in black' just moments before the fire tore.
