We’re dancing the Salsa this week! It’s killing my back because we have to do lifts which I’ve never done before. I’m just trying to make sure I can lift Janette on Saturday because I do not want to drop her on live TV!

I’m currently struggling to walk, but we’re still going into the studio and powering through. There’s been a few falls in rehearsals so far, but we’re using a crash mat at the moment.
