The 33-year-old presenter reportedly had to miss a day of training after suffering the injury and underwent a scan. A show insider told The Mirror: 'This is the worst possible timing but AJ is a real trooper and will keep going no matter what. "The pain in her foot was terrible." The BBC had no comment when approached by The Sun.
Despite sustaining the injury so close to Saturday's final, the source added they were "hopeful" that AJ will be fit for this weekend's show and is currently "resting her foot".
