Claire Greenwood's two children Liam, 13, and Jessica, 11, have both been diagnosed with Pontocerebellar Hypoplasia (PCH) – a rare condition caused by mutations in certain genes passed on from parents.The rare condition has left Jessica unable to eat, speak, swallow or walk, while brother Liam can walk and talk but faces rapid deterioration.Claire and husband Martin, both 36, have been waiting for years to leave their three bedroom council house and move into a purpose-built home that is kitted out for both children's needs.The Ayrshire family finally got the news they were praying for.
