Emergency services raced to the scene after the youngster was stabbed during the violent attack just after 7pm on Thursday, April 23.

He was rushed to hospital where he remains in a stable condition, reports Birmingham Live.The horrifying incident happened at Lightwoods Park in the West Midlands.Officers said there has been a rise crime and anti-social behaviour since lockdown was eased down south.A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "As lockdown restrictions ease and the weather warms, there has been a rise in reports of crime and anti-social behaviour involving youths in open spaces and parks."It is understandably concerning for the public, but it is important to stress that we believe the incident last night was a targeted.
