Sarah Harding has revealed that she has started planning her own funeral. Early last year, the 39-year-old was tragically diagnosed with cancer but only went public with the news in the summer.

After discovering that she's living with an aggressive form of breast cancer, Sarah decided to write her autobiography, Hear Me Out.

Doctors told Sarah that last Christmas was most likely her last as the disease has quickly spread to other parts of her body, The Mirror writes.
