The singer, 39, announced last August that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer in the summer of 2020 but was then given the news that it had spread to other parts of her body.
Sarah has since undergone a mastectomy and intensive chemotherapy but in a devastating update over the weekend, she said the cancer spread to her spine.
But now, Sarah, from Stockport, has released a candid book titled Hear Me Out which she said was in a "dream last summer'" and is now a reality.
