RAPPER Tory Lanez may be charged with assault after Megan Thee Stallion was shot in the foot. The LA County D.A's office is reportedly considering charging Tory with felony assault with a firearm after Megan was shot last month.

Megan had been riding with Tory in the car and was shot in the heel as she left the vehicle outside a party in a Hollywood Hills home.

Tory was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, which is a felony. The rapper, 27, posted $35,000 bail and was released the same day; he is scheduled to appear in court on October 13.

Now the Canadian musician may face an additional charge after prosecutors asked the LAPD to investigate the incident further, TMZ claimed.
