Steven Gerrard

Steven George Gerrard MBE (born 30 May 1980) is an English professional football manager and former player who manages Scottish Premiership club Rangers.

He spent the majority of his playing career as a central midfielder for Liverpool, with most of that time spent as club captain, as well as captaining the England national team. Widely regarded as one of the greatest midfielders of all time,

Gerrard was awarded the UEFA Club Footballer of the Year award in 2005, and the Ballon d'Or Bronze Award. In 2009, Zinedine Zidane and Pelé said that they considered Gerrard to be the best footballer in the world.

Ianis Hagi on social media. After winning the Premiership title in front of an empty Ibrox last season, Steven Gerrard's side are gearing up for the return of their fans as coronavirus restrictions begin to ease.

A friendly against English Premier League giants Arsenal has already been scheduled for July 17 but Hagi accidentally revealed an even bigger fixture on the cards.

The Romanian international posted an advert for Rangers TV, urging fans to sign up for a pre-season pass to watch all the games live.

What caught the eye of supporters though was the bottom of the graphic showing the friendlies in the pipeline. As well as Tranmere Rovers, Blackpool, Arsenal and Brighton there was also a Real Madrid badge on the bottom right.
