And it will be the first time that many young Scots will be able to enjoy such a competition as a neutral after years and years of glorious failures finally came to an end.
Scotland will play a hosting role in the tournament, with four matches taking place at the Hampden Park in Glasgow. Scots will be able to cheer the national side on in fixtures against the Czech Republic and Croatia at the stadium.
But while the coronavirus crisis rages on across the country, the number of people allowed inside the stadium will be limited to a capacity of 12,000.
