Elizabeth II
Elizabeth II (Elizabeth Alexandra Mary; born 21 April 1926) is Queen of the United Kingdom and the other Commonwealth realms. Elizabeth was born in London, the first child of the Duke and Duchess of York, later King George VI and Queen Elizabeth, and she was educated privately at home. Her father ascended the throne on the abdication of his brother King Edward VIII in 1936, from which time she was the heir presumptive. She began to undertake public duties during the Second World War, serving in the Auxiliary Territorial Service. In 1947, she married Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, a former prince of Greece and Denmark, with whom she has four children: Charles, Prince of Wales; Anne, Princess Royal; Prince Andrew, Duke of York; and Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex.

Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla Go Floral for Their 2020 Christmas Card

The 2020 Clarence House Christmas card has officially arrived.In a photograph taken by a member of their staff, Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla posed together in the garden at Birkhall, the property on Queen Elizabeth II's Balmoral estate in Scotland where Charles and Camilla have largely been residing since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.

The picture shows the couple siting on a bench while surrounded by colorful flora. Clarence House It's been quite the year for the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall.

In late March, the 72-year-old heir to the throne was diagnosed with COVID-19 and displayed "mild symptoms" of the virus. He and Camilla then took to self-isolating together at Birkhall.
