emergency response has been seen heading to an ongoing incident on the River Clyde.Passers-by reported seeing fire crews, police and paramedics heading to the water in Bothwell, and near to the East Kilbride expressway, shortly before 11.30am.A spokeswoman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed firefighters were deployed to a "police incident."Drivers were told to expect delays as traffic backed up near the Raith Interchange, amid the emergency response.
