During the episode, the 22-year-old singer and daughter of the late Michael Jackson, revealed that self-harm has been a big issue in her life and began after her father’s death. “I gained a lot of weight and [eating] became an addiction… and then a cousin called me fat so I was like, ‘OK, I can’t do that anymore,” she recalled of moving in with her grandmother, Katherine. “And that’s how I fell into self-harm.” Paris added, “I would cut and burn myself.
