Menopause sent Penny Lancaster’s anxiety ‘through the roof’

Penny Lancaster was left in tears during Monday’s episode of Loose Women as she gave details of how her mental health has suffered through menopause.

The 50-year-old admitted that she was put on a course of anti-depressants and she struggled to deal with the anxiety that came along with the hormonal changes in her body.
