Money-saving expert Martin Lewis has issued advice to customers on how to get a refund from TUI if your holiday or cruise has been cancelled.
TUI has changed its refund policy following the Foreign and Commonwealth Office 's recent announcement advising Britons against all but essential travel due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
All TUI holidays before May 14, 2020, Marella Cruises before May 31, 2020 and TUI River Cruises until November 25, 2020 have been cancelled.
Previously, TUI customers were given the option of a cash refund or the choice of an alternative holiday worth the same cash value to another destination.
