North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has reportedly made his first public appearance in nearly three weeks amid rumours he had died.
South Korean media say the dictator attended a completion ceremony at a fertiliser factory in the South Pyongan Province city of Sunchon.
According to Yonhap, his sister Kim Yo Jong was also there in the leader's first public outing since April 11. However, according to The Mirror, no images of the ribbon-cutting event have been released.
The reports originated in North Korean state media and have not been independently verified. It comes amid wide-spread speculation over Kim Jong Un's health after it was believed the 36-year-old Supreme Leader underwent a heart operation.
