Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

The former Countdown host shared her enviable view of the Welsh coast in a video posted on Instagram. "Morning lovelies. I'm out with the sheep, the cows and the sea," the star said, as she panned the camera around to show off a gorgeous view of the water. "I just wanted to share the beauty of it with you," Vorderman told her fans as the wind swept through her hair.
She then posted a video of the waves rippling as a small sailboat can be seen drifting out to sea. Vorderman backed the idyllic video of.
