The fitness coach, dressed as King Arthur for his fancy dress day, explained at the head of the 30-min lesson that he was injured - his broken wrist had swollen and therefore he was unable to do some of the exercises.
He then asked his fans to let him know if they saw a dragon appear so that he could tell him in the live YouTube comments. He said: “I actually got attacked by a dragon, I got bitten in the hand, I can’t use this arm today because it’s swollen. “If that dragon comes back, I am going to be prepared to slay the little dragon. “If you do see the dragon, let me know.
