Maguire was included in the Three Lions squad to face Iceland and Denmark in Nations League fixtures next month on the same day that his trial for alleged offences in Greek was taking place.The 27-year-old was not required to attend the hearing in Greece having pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated assault and attempted bribery of official on Saturday.Maguire and two others were charged over an alleged brawl on the holiday island of Mykonos last Thursday.
