Brandy started in United's academy as a youngster and progressed in the system to become a key player and regular starter in the Reds' reserve team, although he would leave on loan to Swansea, Hereford and Gillingham before seeking a permanent exit.
Since leaving United on a free transfer in the summer of 2010, Brandy played across different levels of the football pyramid and even embarked on trips to play abroad, but he called time on his playing days aged just 29-years-old at the end of the 2017/18
