I used to get horrible hangovers, I felt bloated and I didn’t sleep well. A lot of drinking comes from social pressure and Denise said some people have called her boring.
In the beginning, I didn’t know if I wanted to tell people I didn’t drink, but now I don’t care. You wouldn’t tell someone they are boring for not smoking.
I just think you have to own the decision. No one has ever told me I’m boring for not drinking, but if they did it wouldn’t bother me.
