EASTENDERS actor Jake Wood has showed off his incredible abs after a sweaty workout. The 47-year-old flexed his muscles as he revealed he's been keeping in excellent shape in lockdown.

He told his Instagram followers: "Happy Tuesday everyone. I think it’s safe to say that exercise is getting me through this. "Stay positive and I look forward to seeing you all on the other side." Jake blew a kiss to his fans as he went for a morning run through a beautiful wood.

He looked thankful for the peace as he appreciated the gorgeous setting. The dad-of-two also keeps his impressive figure in shape thanks to regular boxing training, which he has been doing since he was a youngster.
