Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford have made it no secret that they’re unhappy about their departure from This Morning and now they’ve been told to keep quiet on the matter.
Insiders say the couple has been advised to no longer talk about the axing as doing so could jeopardise their chances of getting other work in the future.
A source told the Sun the pair has been told to ‘keep schtum or risk losing more work’ as continuing to air their grievances could ‘damage their brand.’ ‘Ruth and Eamonn are obviously upset and feel humiliated about being put out to pasture,’ they added in relation to Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond taking over their roles on Friday shows.
