Hurley was spared jail today at Minshull Street Crown Court after admitting he was 'genuinely ashamed' of his behaviour. Prosecutor Lisa Boocock told the court how Hurley had gone into the pub with his partner and young child - who was 18 months old at the time - on August 21, 2019."He had tried to go behind the bar to pull a pint or get his young daughter to pull a pint.
