Dramatic images show moment rescue teams scramble to save man who plunged from Scots cliff

injured after plunging 50 foot down a cliff edge in Aberdeenshire. Coastguard, lifeboat and ambulance crews scrambled to the cliffs north of Slains Castle, along the coast from Bullers of Buchan near Peterhead on Tuesday night.

The alarm was raised at around 8.40pm. Dramatic images shared by the emergency services shows a number of crew members attending to the climber.
