Speaking exclusively to OK! after the event, Joan explained that her husband, Percy Gibson, went with the teenager to A&E, where he stayed for eight hours, making sure the youngster was ok.The Dynasty legend, who didn't want to share her granddaughter's name, said: "On Saturday we were going to write all our thank yous (for the party gifts) but Percy was called to the hospital with my granddaughter, who was taken off with terrible stomach pains." Percy, who was also interviewed alongside Joan, continued: "She had a terrible reaction to something or other on the Saturday." And Joan, who celebrated 20 years of marriage to Percy with a huge event at Claridge's hotel covered exclusively by OK!, praised her husband for his devotion to the poorly young lady.
