dailyrecord.co.ukClick here for more news and sport from the Stirling area.Four objections had been lodged against the application citing issues including access and parking, privacy of neighbours and impact on wildlife.However, in their decision, park planners said: “The proposed use of the land as a community garden is in accordance with [planning policies].“Conditions are required to safeguard protected species, secure appropriate landscaping, ensure adequate access and parking and protect the public from potential contaminated land.”The first part of the project would see the clearing of the main hardstanding and the building of the 10ftx24ft polytunnel and other features.The project also aims to develop raised beds; a wooden garden shed and a storage.
