CBS' The Talk is taking a brief hiatus from live shows after the network launched a review stemming from last Wednesday's heated debate between Sharon Osbourne and Sheryl Underwood.
The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that The Talk will eschew live shows on Monday and Tuesday as CBS continues to probe the explosive confrontation between Osbourne and Underwood which began with a discussion of Piers Morgan's bitter feud with Meghan Markle and escalated into accusations of racism.
The show is set to return to its regular live schedule on Wednesday. During last Wednesday's episode, Underwood asked Osbourne abouther supportfor her former America's Got Talent colleague Morgan in the wake ofremarkshe had made regarding Markle and Prince Harry's.
