The TV favourite posted a close-up snap of her bare stomach before doing some weight training. The star showcased her tiny waist as she posed in a grey crop top and skin-tight leggings that displayed her enviable form.
Carol captioned the post: "I've found an 'ab' "Actually getting stronger and weights at my age helps everything inside…….and I LOVE IT".
The former Countdown host followed up with a video of herself laying on the living room floor in the same outfit, lifting weights while thrusting her hips upwards.
