BRITNEY Spears has once again attempted remove her father Jamie from the role of conservator. The 38-year-old singer has now nominated a trust company to oversee her finances.
Last month, Britney stated that she wants a "qualified corporate fiduciary" to serve as executor of her estate. And this week, she requested that Bessemer Trust Company, N.A.
be appointed to the role, ET reported. It's her second bid in two weeks to stop her father from controlling her finances. The new court filings claimed Britney's conservatorship is "voluntary" and that she "wishes to exercise her right to nominate a conservator of the estate under Probate Code section 1810".
