Their first positive tests were returned on Monday, three days after facing United. City have experienced a virus outbreak of their own in the last fortnight, with nine first team men's players, four first team women's players, four members of staff and one Elite Development Squad member all testing positive.
Kyle Walker and Gabriel Jesus, the first two players to test positive, returned to the matchday squad at Man United, but Pep Guardiola warned that the long-term effects of the virus on each.
